What should you pay attention to when purchasing a compressed air hose?

​Many companies do not consider the purchase of a compressed air hose, and how important these last meters of compressed air can be for their expensive compressed air installation…
The compressed air hoses are either on rolls of 50 meters or fixed lengths of 20 meters with pre-sorted brass threaded ends for mounting the compressed air coupling of your choice, or all at once in lengths of 18 meters on a handy wire reel with ingenious unwinding and blocking system for mounting on the wall or against the ceiling.

​Imagine: you need compressed air in a cooled room or in winter conditions, then an unwilling hose quickly arises, which cannot lie flat on the work floor when unrolled, and which even with rubber hoses becomes very stiff, just to name a few. not to mention the coiling and inflating of the hose after some time of use.
This results in faltering reels and inconvenient storage and/or manipulation of the hose.

More at paint spraying companies, the inside of the compressed air hose is quickly irritated by the unfiltered oil vapors and impurities in the air, so that the silicone present in almost all compressed air hoses dissolves on the inside, and these are then carried away by the compressed air, with the result including the well-known and annoying “tears” in the paintwork.
