The concept of a hybrid generator, like the electric car, is the only solution to a green future where electricity is not available. A combination of a lipo4 battery + auxiliary motor ensures that energy is stored so that the energy requirement can be met at any time, independently of the grid and at any desired location.

Huge reduction in CO² up to + 90% & fuel savings

The hybrid technology allows your generator to function sporadically depending on the desired power. The result is that the payback period may already manifest itself after 1 year. Practical tests have shown that the CO² emission drops to even more than 90%. For a 37 KVA generator, this gives a saving of 540 liters per week in a 24/24/7 commissioning in practice. Possibly more if one considers that a PM/hybrid is the equivalent of a much heavier generator. In addition to the direct savings in fuel, this generator also leads to a much lower maintenance cycle, as the operating hours of this generator may fall by a factor of 90%, which in turn means that the Lipo4 batteries are provided for a much longer lifespan. on a lifespan of 20 years.

Reliable and site-resistant

The hybrid generators are equipped with a UPS (Henkelhausen) battery (made in Belgium) and an innovative, economical engine from Koehler. They are available in different versions and capacities to be used for events, construction sites, telecom installations, emergency power, rental, etc. The European construction testifies to a 100% reliable product, where the necessary attention has been paid to the structure as well as the components. the UPS + battery in a climate-controlled room, so that weather influences have no influence, even in an environment of -40° or + 40°. In addition to the CE mark, our devices also have the ISO 9001 and VCA** certificates.

In addition to the standard powers of 13, 18, 24 & 30 kW, you can choose the power of the battery, we only use the lipo4 batteries, we only believe in these power sources, given their unique properties, durability, weight, dimensions, load cycles, depth loads, and a 10-year warranty. The smallest battery that we provide as standard has a capacity of 21.4 KWH, the minimum power to make a hybrid usable in many applications, you can also equip the generator with a hydraulic light tower with 4 LED lamps of 600 Watt, with tilt/ rotator so that the entire site is illuminated at the desired location, in combination with a night camera, this makes your generator a total solution for the site or your event

​Operation

Rust u de generator ook uit met een camerabewakingssysteem dan zal u vanop afstand uw werf kunnen inspecteren, en bij nacht en ontij wordt u verwittigd bij onnodige betreding van de werf door niet geautoriseerde personeel, tenslotte is deze uitgerust met een niet-saboteerbare track en trace systeem, moest het toch gebeuren dat uw generator zou ontvreemd worden.

Performance

The alternator is a patented Javac product (Nanomag technology) and has special properties for non-linear loads, this technology is ideal for operating tower cranes, for example, without having to provide oversizing, but also hydraulic pump, and high-pressure compressors, etc. all instruments are gathered on an instrument island, including the ACS deepsea controller, the operation of the UPS, the BMS of the battery, the operation of the light tower and the controller of the surveillance camera, if you opt for both options. The built-in UPS monitors both the battery and the generator and can, if necessary, match the generator’s power to the reserves in the battery, increased momentarily by an additional 50% of power, providing enormous reserve capacity at high starting current peaks. The UPS coupled with the BSMS ensures that the battery is automatically topped up by the generator in just 2 hours to 95%, which limits the use of the engine to the essential. The hydraulic light pole (option) has a height of 7 meters, is resistant to storms, is equipped with 2 light groups of 2 x 600 watt LED that can rotate independently of each other at 360°. A remote control is included so that the user can position the lamps perfectly at the workplace. Finally, the night surveillance camera is equipped with an internet connection, and there is very sharp facial recognition, in the night up to 200 around the depot, also equipped with an automatic zoom function

WHY JAVAC HYBRID?

If you google for “hybrid or green generators” you will notice that the range of hybrid generators is apparently growing, and that is a good thing, but if we then look in detail at what is on offer, it can be divided in 4 different categories, which fall grossly short of what we understand as a hybrid generator:

​The battery Cube, often with conventional gel or VGA batteries, with a very limited charge cycle, but even worse with a lifespan of 3 to 5 years, and a huge weight of 5000 kg. The container version, which comes down to an amateurish composition of generator, converters, fuel tank, and a battery unit, results in large, clumsy and heavy.

The telecom sector, where a linear load of 48 volts is the norm, but also here mainly gel batteries.
The hybrid generator with lipo4 batteries, but usually with limited power, and with conventional alternator which still gives the problem of generator shortcomings.

In some cases, a PV system is installed, with 5 or more panels of 250 watts (Pieck), which in the peak period (summer) is theoretically good for 1 kWh when the sun is highest (2 hours), with a complicated position system, we honestly fail to see what the added value is here, this system does not pay off in our regions for 5 to 6 months, not to mention damage on sites due to ill-considered action, I also only see this in rental, or is it the intention to calculate rental damage, no, totally unnecessary, unless in southern areas where the yield provides more guarantees

​As far as we estimate the situation, Javac is the only one that manages to actually deliver a hybrid generator, which has a minimum battery capacity of 21.4 kWh, with supporting ups 50 kVA, with peak power of 75 kVA. And this combined with a synchronously controlled 30 kW pm alternator gives you the ability to start and operate even the heaviest tower cranes, even in third gear, with only 30 kW of rated power. Advantages: significantly less consumption (-90%) no pollution of the motor, significantly longer lifespan, 90% less maintenance costs, less logistics costs, etc
