Meer informatieThe “combi series” scroll compressor, a full-fledged workhouse compressor, is available in capacities from 5.5 to 20 hp, with a working pressure of 8.6 bar, it is suitable for most compressed air applications.
This scroll unit is built on a 270 liter boiler, and furthermore equipped with a suitable dryer, provided with a pre- and post-filter.
This very compact output ring is delivered ready to use.
It suffices to plug in the plug, and provided a flexible connection to the compressed air network, there is also a phase monitoring to prevent the compressor from turning in the wrong direction.
Due to the sophisticated scroll design, this technology produces less heat because there are only 2 moving parts, less heat means better compressed air quality and less energy, resulting in 20% higher efficiency compared to a conventional screw compressor.
This technology leads for both a full continuous process and an intermittent operation.
A controller monitors the proper functioning of the compressor.
This micro-oil-injected compressor can also be used for compressed air that comes into contact with the food chain, provided that food-grade oil and the necessary filters are obtained even better than the more expensive and less durable oil-free scroll compressors.

Note 1
If the screw compressor is not used enough, the oil does not get hot enough and condensation forms in the oil, which can cause malfunctions. This problem is not found with scroll compressors, making them extremely suitable for SME workshops.

It will be very important to invest in a compressor that develops low peak starting powers, a scroll compressor is significantly lower than a conventional screw compressor, the use of these types of compressors will be heavily penalized from 2022 in function of the Cos phi peak, a investment in a scroll compressor is a step in the right direction, for greater capacities and full continuous operation, you can choose the new VSD/PM screw compressors.

The Javac scroll combi versions are mounted in 3 different components separated from each other so that there is no heat transmission from the compressor block to the dryer, so that the inlet temperature to the dryer is significantly lower, which leads to a greater efficiency of the dryer.
