This filter consists of 3 distinct elements, each of which has its own function.
The first element purifies the compressed air 100% of water and condensation.
The second element eliminates oil vapors up to +99.99%.
While the third filter element removes all dust and solid particles from 0.01 µm and above (Tobacco smoke, an aerosol contains billions of particles per milliliter with a particle size of 0.1 to 1 µm).
Provided that this filter is installed, you have a HACCP & ISO 22000 certification, which means that the compressed air can be used for the food industry, petrochemicals, laser applications, medical applications, etc.
You also remove bacteria up to value: LRV ≧ 9.
On request, a certified body or inspection body can measure the emissions of your compressed air, so that you can add this result to your “file”.
This filter certainly also has its use in the more common compressed air applications where it is important to work with uncontaminated compressed air.
