Javac offers you various ways to receive your order. We can have your order delivered, but you can also pick up your order yourself.

Javac uses the following shipping method within Belgium. DPD shipments (per package from 0 to 30 kg) €10. Does a product weigh 30 kg or more? Or is it a very large product? Then in some situations we are forced to send your orderas a pallet shipment. Per pallet €75. Larger shipments are made by our own transport according to agreement at the time of purchase.

If you order the items from Monday to Friday before 5 p.m., we will usually ship them the next day with DPD when in stock. Once you have placed your order, the package will be delivered to you in the manner specified by you. Javac uses the services of DPD to deliver the ordered items to you. As soon as your package has been delivered to the delivery service, you will receive an email confirming that your products have been shipped. Any damaged or incorrectly delivered shipments must be reported within 5 working days of receipt.
If you are not at home, the delivery person will first try to deliver the package to the neighbours. If this is not possible, the deliverer will leave a non-home card. A second delivery attempt follows. In the unlikely event that it fails again, your package will be taken to the nearest DPD collection point. The package will remain here for a maximum of 14 days before the package is returned to us.
