Wij hebben in oktober 2013 een scroll 10 PK aangekocht om te gebruiken bij onze stikstof generatoren, het is van strategisch belang dat wij een uiterst betrouwbare compressor gebruiken die in een regime van 24/24/7/7 kan draaien voor de opwekking van onze stikstofinstallaties. We zijn nu 2 jaar verder, en de urenteller geeft nu meer dan 16.000 uur op, en werkt nog steeds prima ik ben ervan overtuigd dat wij de levensverwachting van 20.000 uur ruim gaan overtreffen. Eerst waren wij wat sceptisch tegen deze nieuwe technologie, ik had vernomen dat een Zweeds merk met hun scrol niet verder komt dan 6000/7000 draaiuren, maar ik neem aan dat het verschil zit in de technologie van olie injectie, overigens doen wij de service interval slechts om de 2500 uur, wat ook kost sparend werkt

Nous avons acheté un scroll 10 HP en octobre 2013 pour l’utiliser avec nos générateurs d’azote, il est stratégiquement important que nous utilisions un compresseur extrêmement fiable pouvant fonctionner en régime 24/24/7/7 pour la génération de nos installations d’azote. Nous sommes maintenant 2 ans plus tard, et le compteur horaire affiche maintenant plus de 16 000 heures, et fonctionne toujours très bien, je suis convaincu que nous allons dépasser l’espérance de vie de 20 000 heures. Au début nous étions un peu sceptiques sur cette nouvelle technologie, j’avais entendu dire qu’une marque suédoise avec leur scroll ne dépassait pas les 6000/7000 heures de fonctionnement, mais je suppose que la différence est dans la technologie d’injection d’huile, d’ailleurs on faire l’intervalle d’entretien uniquement toutes les 2500 heures, ce qui permet également de réduire les coûts
