JAVAC NM-11000-B – Powerful Nanomag three-phase generator

The JAVAC Nanomag generators in the 3000 rpm version are available in three models with a rated output between 6 and 9 kW.
Thanks to their stabilized power supply, these generators are ideally suited as an emergency backup generator for residential use.
The key features of the Nanomag range are their ability to absorb high peak loads and deliver a stable output voltage—ideal for applications with sensitive electronics such as welders, sound systems, hydraulic units, and compressors.

NM series overview

  • NM-5000 – Petrol generator with two 220V outlets (12A), ideal for light applications where weight matters.

  • NM-7500-A – 230V single-phase version with two 16A outlets and one 25A outlet, suitable for standard 230V devices.

  • NM-8500-B – 3 x 400V version, can effortlessly start motors up to 5.5 kW (7.5 hp).

  • NM-11000-B – The most powerful in the range: a three-phase generator with a two-cylinder water-cooled engine that delivers performance comparable to a 15 to 20 kVA generator.

Efficient and durable design

The NM-11000-B is the ideal solution for applications in food trucks, service vehicles, and mobile workshops where powerful machines are used.
The combination of compact dimensions, low weight, and high output makes this generator especially versatile.

Every Nanomag generator, including the NM-11000-B, comes standard with:

  • Electric start system (including battery)

  • Optional remote control

  • Residual current device

  • Electronic hour meter

  • Separate grounding loop.

These generators comply with the strictest European safety standards.

Service life and fuel consumption

The air-cooled engines in the Nanomag range deliver around 5,000 operating hours. After that, the engine can be easily replaced for another 5,000 hours.
The water-cooled engine of the NM-11000-B even offers a service life of up to 10,000 operating hours.

Average fuel consumption is 1 litre per hour at full load for the NM-7500 and slightly more for the larger models.
Those who need longer run times can opt for a 1500 rpm water-cooled engine, although its weight makes it less suitable for mobile applications.

Technical explanation: power and loads

Rated power refers to the power a generator can deliver continuously over a longer period.
This is usually 90% of the maximum power. Some manufacturers advertise peak power, which can be misleading.

Example:
A 4.2 kW generator can temporarily deliver 4,600 W, but the recommended continuous output is 4,000 W.

Types of loads

  1. Resistive load
Devices without motors, such as lamps, ovens, cooktops, hair dryers, and coffee makers. These consume constant power.

  2. Reactive load
Devices with motors (such as compressors, pumps, and refrigerators) require up to three times more power during start-up than during normal operation.

The basic formula remains:

Watt (W) = Volts (V) × Amps (A)

With reactive loads, this changes because the motor temporarily draws more current at start-up.

Start-up, operating, and load phases

  • Start-up phase – The motor needs more power to get going (up to 5x the rated power).

  • Operating phase – The normal power required to keep the motor running.

  • Load phase – When the motor needs to deliver extra torque.

Why choose the NM-11000-B

The NM-11000-B from JAVAC combines power, reliability, and efficiency in one robust generator.
Thanks to its water-cooled engine, compact dimensions, and high power reserve, this generator is ideal for intensive professional use or situations where reliability is crucial.
