OPERATION

Javac universal safety quick couplings are set to the safe position by turning the coupling a quarter turn, which also opens the free compressed air passage; the plug can only be removed once the coupling is turned back from the safe position.
This prevents the coupling from engaging in dangerous whipping movements.
The free compressed air flow is 1200 litres per minute, allowing a sufficiently high flow rate for most compressed air machines.
You can also leave it depressurised while connected to the quick coupling.
With this quick coupling, you have a coupling that complies with the safety requirements of ISO 4414.
Javac universal quick couplings are available with female or male thread 1/4″ or hose tail and fit 14 different plugs.
This avoids compressed air losses caused by plugs that seem to fit but result in significant air losses; for retail businesses this also prevents cumbersome stock issues, as each user often has their own plug system on compressed air tools.
The universal passage of the plug and quick coupling from 6 to 11 mm guarantees absolutely no pressure loss for small hand tools.
The 8 mm passage is highly suitable for larger tools used in truck workshops, and the 11 mm version is used in large construction workshops.
The extremely robust quick coupling is made of stainless 17% chromium steel and is intended for trouble-free use in very demanding applications.
