Topsilent generator 55dB(A) – ultra-quiet power for outdoor installations
The Topsilent generator 55dB(A) is designed for outdoor use and combines low-noise performance with industrial reliability. The enclosure is made of galvanized steel with an epoxy powder coating that withstands extreme weather conditions. All components are assembled with steel bolts and rivets, without welding, ensuring a robust construction and easy access for maintenance.
With a noise emission of only 55±3 dB(A) at 7 meters, the Topsilent generator 55dB(A) delivers exceptionally quiet performance. The enclosure includes a residential muffler and sound-absorbing panels made of Class A1 mineral fibers. The doors are fitted with stainless-steel locks, hinges, and automotive-grade seals—perfect protection against water, dust, and noise.
The generator is equipped with an industrial diesel engine from top brands such as Lombardini, FPT, Deutz, Perkins, Cummins or MTU, depending on the desired specifications. The exhaust system includes an integrated muffler (35–38 dB(A)) and is protected by fire-resistant insulation.
The alternator is three-phase and synchronous, sourced from reputable brands such as Marelli Motori, Mecc Alte or Stamford. It is equipped with an AVR voltage regulator and offers mechanical protection (IP21, or IP55 with the PM version). An optional tropicalization treatment increases durability in humid environments.
The 200-liter internal fuel tank guarantees up to 8 hours of continuous operation at 75% load. The automatic control panel (Deepsea) includes all required control functions, including manual and automatic start/stop, fault messages via the display, and RS485 communication.
