The Javac STARMAX series of semi-automatic welding machines are built around the new Nano IGBT semiconductors with the following characteristics: nice welding characteristics, low spatter welding behavior, deep penetration of the weld.
OCR technology guarantees arrow-quick ignition of the welding wire. (Spot and spot welding).
The oversized power makes them deployable in full continuous work, even at the highest setting.
Specific to this technology is that one can weld both MIG and MMA, adjustable on the front panel.
Also, you can reverse the machine, which allows you to spoil filled welding wire. (gasless welding).
The MIG devices are characterized by a high COS PHI, which gives them up to 50% more efficiency than a classic MIG.
This results in significant savings toward consumption.
Equipped with an 80 watt 4 roller drive system with 40 mm drive rollers, even allows torches of 5 meters to be used interference-free.
The machine is standard equipped with an accompanying welding torch + ground cable, the reducing valve is optional.
The machine is easy to adjust, thanks to the clear control panel with V+A meter.
The high power main on/off switch is particularly durable. Many times, cheaper machines are equipped with unauthorized mains switches.
Finally, the body of the machine testifies to its robustness, with sturdy bottle carriage, large impact-resistant carrying wheels with rubber treads, etc., and 4 convenient lifting eyes for hanging the machine in a welding bracket.

Have been in possession of the Starmax 200 for several weeks now, last perfect.
Setting up the machine is straightforward, but for the inexperienced welder it takes some searching for the right parameters.
I have been reading professional myself for 20y.
Meanwhile, the manual in Dutch has been worked out very clearly, now anyone can get around with the machine in no time.

Have been able to test the Magstar 160 with wire of 0.8 v on metal 1mm and thicker it welds super well . on plate of 0.8 mm it sometimes welds a little too powerfully depending of course on type of weld. Turns out that welding of plate even 0.6mm would be possible with wire diameter 0.6. Like to order set of drive rolls for wire of 0,6 then I can try this with this.
