JAVAC SL-15 kVA Mono Diesel Generator – Compact power in a single phase

The SL-15 kVA Mono diesel generator is an innovative derivative of the smallest 1500 rpm generator in the SL series.
This single-phase 230 V generator has been specifically developed for users who do not need a 400 V connection but do require reliable single-phase power.
The SL-15 kVA Mono is ideal for remote cabins, off-grid locations with batteries, solar panels or wind turbines, and for anyone who simply wants a continuous and stable power supply.

Solution for imbalance issues

The previous SL-15 generator performed excellently, but it operated on three phases while only one phase was used. This sometimes caused an imbalance in the alternator and slight smoke formation from the engine. With the new SL-15 kVA Mono, that problem is a thing of the past. This pure 230 V version uses the full capacity efficiently and delivers the same high-quality finish as the larger SL models.

Efficient Hyundai engine and durable construction

The SL generators are equipped with a Hyundai OEM 4-cylinder engine that consumes very little fuel, even under full load. The housing is made of robust steel plate, submerged in an acid treatment, coated with a zinc layer and finished with a weather-resistant powder coating. This ensures a long service life and excellent corrosion protection, even under intensive use.

High-quality alternator and reliable operation

The single-phase Stamford alternator in the SL-15 kVA Mono is equipped with a USA AVR controller and delivers stable voltage without risk to sensitive equipment. With proper maintenance, this generator can operate 24/7. The internal wiring is neatly arranged in cable ducts, and all cables are clearly numbered according to the schematic. The standard control panel displays, among other things, the hour meter, oil pressure and RPM.

Optional upgrades

For additional control, the generator can be equipped with a Deep Sea Electronics controller, which monitors the entire system and automatically switches to safe mode in the event of a malfunction. Other available modules include:

• ATS grid takeover system (automatic activation during power failure)

• GPRS and remote control

• Various connection options for parallel or network operation

The SL-15 kVA Mono comes standard with:

• 2 single-phase 16 A sockets

• 2 single-phase 32 A sockets All sockets comply with IEC 61439, are individually fused, and equipped with an RCD with main protection.

This generator is often used as an emergency power supply, continuous power source or backup for solar and battery systems, especially in locations where a 400 V connection is unnecessary.

You can also take out a maintenance contract that extends the warranty to 5 years or 5,000 operating hours (whichever comes first). A large stock of spare and wear parts ensures fast service, and all documentation is supplied as standard.
