The Hybrid Generator from JAVAC combines the power of a LiFePO₄ battery with an efficient auxiliary engine.
The result: a green, autonomous energy source that works wherever no mains power is available—from construction sites to events and telecom sites.
Thanks to this hybrid technology, the generator provides continuous power, with a CO₂ reduction of up to 90% and fuel savings of hundreds of liters per week.

Smart technology with maximum efficiency

The Hybrid Generator operates only when additional power is needed, drastically reducing fuel consumption.
For a 37 kVA installation, this can amount to savings of up to 540 liters per week under continuous use.
Fewer operating hours also mean a lower maintenance frequency and a long service life for both the engine and the battery (up to 20 years).

The UPS batteries from Henkelhausen (Belgian-made) and the Kohler diesel engines guarantee reliable operation, even at extreme temperatures of -40°C to +40°C.

Various power ratings and expansion options

The JAVAC Hybrid Generator is available in various power ratings (13–30 kW) and with batteries of at least 21.4 kWh capacity.
Optionally, the unit can be equipped with:

• A hydraulic light mast with 4x 600W LED lamps and a rotation function

• A night camera with facial recognition and online monitoring

• Track & trace security against theft

Fully autonomous and smartly controlled

The Hybrid Generator starts automatically and operates autonomously.
A built-in GPS controller sends alerts for maintenance, low fuel, or voltage issues.

The generator has the dimensions of a classic 75 kW unit, with a stainless, anodized enclosure and a weather-resistant coating.
The internal PM alternator with Nanomag technology delivers stable voltage, ideal for non-linear loads such as cranes, compressors, or hydraulic pumps.
An integrated UPS and BMS ensure optimal power distribution between the engine and the battery, with fast charging up to 95% in just 2 hours.
