The JAVAC SD-12000 diesel generator is a powerful and durable solution for long-term use.
This generator is equipped with a V-twin, two-cylinder water-cooled engine with direct injection, ensuring efficient operation and a long service life.

The SD-12000 features an automatic voltage regulator (AVR) that controls the engine torque. This ensures the generator always delivers exactly the power required, depending on the load.
Thanks to the electric starter, the diesel engine starts effortlessly, even at lower temperatures.

User-friendly and mobile

The SD-12000 diesel generator is built into a soundproof enclosure and fitted with four sturdy wheels—ideal for short relocations.
The large fuel tank provides an autonomy of up to 16 hours at 75% load, with an average consumption of only 1.5 to 2 litres per hour.
The generator runs on industrial diesel fuel (Extra or Plus).

Smart design and easy maintenance

The enclosure has large access doors, allowing maintenance work to be carried out quickly and easily.
The digital control panel displays all key parameters:

• Voltage

• Current (A)

• Hour meter

In addition, an ATS contact is provided, so the generator can easily be used as an emergency backup power supply in combination with an ATS transfer switch.

Safe and reliable

The SD-12000 offers both two 230V outlets and one 400V 16A output, all protected by a residual current device (30 mA).
The voltage is stabilized, making the generator suitable for sensitive electronics without the risk of overvoltage or sine-wave fluctuations.

The Diesel generator SD-12000 is ideal for light trucks, mobile workshops, and emergency power installations. Thanks to the water-cooled engine, it can run for long periods without any loss of performance.

Maintenance tips:

• Oil change: every 200 operating hours

• Oil and fuel filter: every 400 hours

• Air filter: every 1000 hours

With proper maintenance, a 3000 rpm diesel engine reaches a service life of between 5,000 and 10,000 operating hours, depending on the load.
