3 IN 1 TOTAL FILTER

This filter consists of three distinct elements, each with its own function.

The first element purifies the compressed air 100% from water and condensation. The second element removes oil vapors up to +99.99%. Meanwhile, the third filter element removes all dust and solid particles of 0.01 μm and larger (e.g., tobacco smoke, an aerosol containing billions of particles per milliliter with particle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 1 µm).

By installing this filter, you achieve HACCP and ISO 22000 certification, making the compressed air suitable for use in the food industry, petrochemicals, laser applications, medical applications, etc. It also removes bacteria with a value of LRV ≧ 9. Upon request, a certified body or inspection organization can measure the emissions of your compressed air, allowing you to add this result to your “file.”

This filter is also very useful in more conventional compressed air applications where it is important to work with uncontaminated compressed air, helping to prevent costly interventions and breakdowns.
