High-Pressure Scroll Compressors – Quiet, Reliable and Efficient

Our high-pressure scroll compressors combine advanced technology with durable performance. They are designed for users who need stable air pressure, low noise levels and minimal maintenance. Thanks to the unique scroll principle—where two spiral-shaped discs compress air without valves or pistons—compressed air is delivered extremely consistently and pulse-free. This results in quieter operation, less wear and a longer service life than traditional compressors. Another major advantage of scroll technology is energy efficiency: hardly any energy is lost to mechanical friction, and the compressor can operate smoothly under partial load without loss of performance. While the vast majority of compressed-air applications are limited to a working pressure of 6.2 bar, and therefore an end pressure of 8 bar provides sufficient pressure, there are still some applications where a higher compressed-air pressure is desired. Think of transport companies, tyre centres for truck tyres that require a tyre pressure of 9.8 bar, but also, for example, laser cutting machines where using compressed air significantly reduces costs—our 16 bar scroll is particularly suitable for this.
