At Javac.be you can invoke your right of withdrawal for up to 14 days, when you have ordered something via the website. Moreover, this applies to both consumers and companies. So different from the law that prescribes that this only concerns consumers. From the moment of withdrawal, you must return your purchase within a period of 14 days.
Return an online purchase? No problem! For a quick processing of your return request, we ask you to complete and send the withdrawal form below. You will then receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
Please note: the cooling-off period is a trial period, not a period of use. If you have used the purchased product for more than is necessary to assess whether you actually wish to keep the product, or if the original packaging is damaged or thrown away, you are liable for the reduction in value. Due to use or damaged or missing packaging, the product is no longer in “shop condition”, which means that we may refund less money. The costs for returning (part of) your online order are for your own account.
We try to do everything we can to have your order delivered to you in good order. However, it is possible that a product is damaged or that something is missing. We would like to advise you to check your order for any damage and/or incompleteness after receiving it. Does the order not correspond to the scope of delivery communicated on the site? Did something go wrong? Please complete the return form below within 2 months of receipt. We will then get to work for you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
