Meer informatieThe Javac STARMAX series of semi-automatic welding machines are built around the new Nano IGBT semiconductors with the following characteristics: beautiful welding characteristics, low-spatter welding behavior, deep penetration of the weld.
The OCR technology guarantees lightning-quick ignition of the welding wire. (Point and spot welding).
The over-dimensioned power makes them usable in full continuous work, even at the highest setting.
Characteristic of this technology is that it is possible to weld both MIG and MMA, adjustable on the front panel.
You can also reverse the polarity of the machine, which allows you to spoil filled welding wire. (gasless welding).
The MIG devices are characterized by a high COS PHI, which gives them up to 50% more efficiency than a classic MIG.
As a result, significant savings are achieved in terms of consumption.
Equipped with an 80 watt 4 roll drive system with 40 mm drive rolls, even allows you to use torches of 5 meters without interference.
The machine is standard equipped with a corresponding welding torch + ground cable, the reducing valve is an option.
The machine is easy to set up, thanks to the clear control panel, including with V+A meter.
The high-power main on/off switch is particularly durable. Cheaper machines are often equipped with unauthorized mains switches.
Finally, the construction of the machine shows a robust whole, with a sturdy bottle trolley, large impact-resistant carrying wheels with rubber tread, etc. and 4 handy lifting eyes to hang the machine in a welding bracket.

Ben al enkele weken in het bezit van de Starmax 200, last perfect.
Instellen van de machine is duidelijk, maar voor de onervaren lasser is het wat zoeken voor de goede parameters.
Ik las zelf al 20j beroeps.
Ondertussen is de handleiding in het Nederlands zeer duidelijk uitgewerkt, nu kan elkéén in no time met de machine uit de weg.

Heb de Magstar 160 kunnen testen met draad van 0,8 v op metaal 1mm en dikker last het super goed . op plaat van 0,8 mm last het soms iets te krachtig afhankelijk natuurlijk van type las. Blijkt dat lassen van plaat zelfs 0,6mm mogelijk zou zijn met draad diameter 0,6. Graag bestelling van set aandrijfrollen voor draad van 0,6 dan kan ik dit hiermee proberen.

Je suis en possession du Starmax 200 depuis plusieurs semaines, dure parfaitement.
Le réglage de la machine est clair, mais pour le soudeur inexpérimenté, c’est un peu une recherche des bons paramètres.
Je lis professionnellement depuis 20 ans.
Entre-temps, le manuel en néerlandais a été élaboré très clairement, maintenant tout le monde peut se débarrasser de la machine en un rien de temps.

Je tiens à souligner à nouveau à quel point le Star 315 I² soude bien ! Classer!

A pu tester le Magstar 160 avec du fil de 0,8 V sur du métal de 1 mm et plus épais, ça soude très bien. sur une plaque de 0,8 mm ça soude parfois un peu trop puissamment, selon bien sûr le type de soudure. Il s’avère que le soudage d’une plaque même de 0,6 mm serait possible avec un diamètre de fil de 0,6. Veuillez commander un jeu de rouleaux conducteurs pour fil de 0,6 afin que je puisse essayer cela.
