With its 100 Ampere, the Avalon 100 Pilot is the heaviest portable version of the Javac plasma burners, equipped with a quick coupling and standard equipped with a PT-100 plasma torch of 6 meters, this machine can be used for cutting all Ferro and non Ferro materials up to a thickness of 35 mm.
This machine finds its optimum applications in the cutting range between 5 and 25 mm.
The ignition of the plasma torch is by means of an HF generator, which guarantees that this machine will effortlessly cut through dirty and rusty iron.
In addition to the competitive price of the device itself, you will notice that the wearing parts of the standard PT-100 torch are also quite affordable, in contrast to what the wearing parts usually cost from other machines.
Thanks to the inverter version with IGBT semiconductors, this machine is satisfied with a connection of 16 Amp to 3 x 400 volts, which also results in a saving of up to 50% on your power consumption.
