Reflection period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Javac.be, you can get up to 14 days<\/strong> invoking your right of withdrawal<\/strong>, when you have ordered something through the website. This also applies for<\/strong> both consumers and businesses<\/strong>. Unlike the law, which states that this concerns only consumers. From the moment of revocation you must return your purchase within a period of 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quickly arranged<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Returning an online purchase? No problem! For quick processing of your return request, we ask that you complete and submit the withdrawal form below. You will then receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/strong>: The cooling-off period is a trial period, not a use period. If you have used the purchased product for more than necessary to assess whether you actually wish to keep the product, or if the original packaging is damaged or discarded, you are liable for the depreciation in value. This is because due to use or damaged or missing packaging, the product is no longer in \u201cstore condition,\u201d so we may give a lesser refund. The cost of returning all or part of your online order is at your own expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you have a damaged or incomplete delivery?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We try to do everything we can to have your order delivered to you in good order. However, it is possible that a product is damaged or something is missing. We advise you to check your order upon receipt for any damage and\/or incompleteness. Does the order not correspond to the delivery scope communicated on the site? Has something gone wrong? Then fill out the return form below within 2 months of receipt. We will then work for you to resolve it as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
