This compressor uses a piston that moves up and down in a cylinder to compress air. This is similar to the operation of an internal combustion engine. Air is drawn in during the downward movement of the piston and then compressed during the upward movement. Instead of using lubricating oil, this type of compressor uses alternative lubrication methods, such as specially coated materials or water cooling, to reduce friction between moving parts. This prevents oil from entering the compressed air, which is important in applications where clean, oil-free air is required, such as in the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and medical equipment. The benefits of an oil-free compressor include less maintenance, no risk of oil contamination, and environmental friendliness.

100% oil free compressed air

100% pure oil-free compressed air, certified according to ISO standard 8573-1 CLASS 0 (2010).
This ensures that there is absolutely no contamination in the compressed air, meaning no risk of contamination from oil particles, and therefore no risk of damaged or unsafe production, especially in the food industry. However, we do recommend equipping this compressor with additional filters, possibly combined with an absorption dryer, to filter out impurities and other elements present in the ambient air (aerosols, fine dust, pollen, etc.).

Energy efficient
Unloaded power consumption is avoided by the pressure switch, which automatically regulates the start/stop function. It is often used for applications where high pressure is needed.
