Our Astor TIG welding machines ensure maximum TIG productivity.
Our water-cooled TIG welding machines are built around a sturdy bottle trolley with a sturdy wheelbase, with integrated water cooling at the bottom of the power source, making them practically mobile and therefore flexible to use around the workpiece.The digital software control is built synergistically so that the welding result is optimal even for less skilled welders. The pulse frequency can be infinitely adjusted up to 2 KHz.
This machine also has 99 freely programmable memories, which can be easily recalled. MMA Welding with electrodes is possible and is equipped with hot start, anti-stick and ARC-Force control. Aids in ignition and prevents electrode sticking, and increases arc stability and optimizes material transfer. As an option, you can choose a remote control to increase flexibility in the workplace. Our Astor water-cooled Tig appliances can be used on both AC and DC current, so welding aluminum is no longer a problem in your workshop. The welding parameters are easy to set on the digital display, as is the connection for the remote control. The technical characteristics and settings can be found on the technical data sheet. As standard, these machines are supplied with a suitable water-cooled torch made of flexible neoprene, in a length of 8 meters.
